UNBOUND is a game system using D6 dice pools to resolve any action you can think of. The character will buy their abilities from a pool of points to spend. From these base abilities the characters skills, offensive capabilities, and defensive capabilities will be derived. Each character will have 10 base abilities.

In that regard, this system is no different. With most RPG systems, the characters need some base abilities. It is a straight forward expression of the rules and can be played with one D20. It is a retroclone of a short set of rules provided in a few chapters from an out-of-print 2009 book on extreme roleplaying game mastery by Tracy Hickman and Curtis Hickman.
